Meadowlark Gardens hosts all kinds of events. We are a location only venue. Our primary mission here is the preservation of our extensive Gardens. The Gardens have been developed over the last 60 years and contain many unique places suitable for the most memorable events. While there is an indoor area (The Pool House) which includes bathrooms and caterer’s kitchen, we are mostly an outdoor facility. Enjoy the shade of the enormous oak canopy covering the 1400 square foot wooden deck. The facility lease includes 100 white wooden folding chairs, ten 60” round tables, and two large banquet tables. We have 70-80 additional chairs and ten more round tables, if you should need them. The Cottage is a relaxing suite decorated by the artistic touch of the talented consultants at The Green Gazebo. Some additional charges will apply depending on the needs of your particular event (e.g. traffic attendants, public safety officers, horse carriage, additional tables and chairs, etc). We will work with you to meet the specific needs of your event.
We do not double book at Meadowlark. We have only one event per weekend to minimize wear and tear on the grounds. The available time on a Saturday, for example, would be any eight-hour block of time between 8am and 11pm, including set-up and take-down. Say, from 3pm to 11pm—our most popular time slot. We are happy to work with any licensed and insured vendors. We only work with Classic Canopy for tents, however.
